In a moment of great pride for Jammu and Kashmir’s Baramulla district, Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Uri, Shubhankar Pratyush Pathak, IAS, has been honoured with the prestigious General Officer Commanding-in-Chief (GOC-in-C), Northern Command Commendation Card and Disc for his outstanding service to the nation.
