Godrej Interio, one of India’s leading home and office furniture brands and a part of Godrej & Boyce, has successfully concluded the interior work for the office and amenity block of Skechers’ National Distribution Center (NDC). This project marks a milestone as Skechers establishes its first proprietary warehouse in India, notable for its impressive 18-meter height, making it one of the largest facilities of its kind in the country.
Located at Lodha Industrial Logistic Park Phase-II A1 Block, Narhen, Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai, the project spans a massive 48,670 sq. ft. Godrej Interiors Design & Build Projects team was tasked with crafting an innovative and functional workspace that aligns seamlessly with Skechers’ brand identity and operational needs. A standout innovation in the project was the incorporation of a MS grid structure at 3.6 meters height, providing a functional area for service installation and maintenance while achieving the requisite 6.4-meter ceiling height.

Comprehensive Scope of Work
The project’s extensive interior solutions included masonry work, partitions, doors, MS works, painting, flooring, wall claddings, paneling, ceiling installations, vinyl graphics, logos, acoustic treatments, landscaping, and green walls. Specialized areas such as the cafeteria and sanitary facilities were also part of the scope, along with furniture and MEP systems including plumbing, HVAC, mechanical ventilation, and electrical infrastructure.
